Thoughts From The Peacock Angel |
I'm a writer from new york city, I'm in love with glam rock and electric guitars, glitter and sex. I'm a kinky white atheist feminist genderfluid high femme fag-dyke submissive... and a professional dominatrix, and I'm married to the most beautiful human on earth. Cobwebs, broken glass, feathers, sequins, bones, art, sex, pain, life, love. Also apparently I give kickass advice on sex toys... go ahead and ask me.

LIKE A BOSS.
Also writing her as a feminist activist/professor of queer theory living in modern San Francisco with her awesome similarly radical wife and their adorable daughter…
Yeah, that’s probably just me wishing she weren’t so… murderous… because she’s so cute:

Also I’m really sick of seeing fics/fanart of Grell/Woman character labelled as het and fics/fanart of Grell/Man character labelled as yaoi. Grell is a trans woman (according to the author of the manga), thus Grell/Woman character is yuri, and Grell/man character is het. Just sayin’. Grell/Madam Red is a YURI PAIRING GODDAMNIT, and Grell/Sebastian is a HET PAIRING GODDAMNIT. GRELL IS A WOMAN AND THUS NO PAIRING OF HER AND ONE OTHER CHARACTER IS YAOI EVER, thank you. If you want to write Grell as a guy write a damn genderswap fic, because that’s what it is when Grell is a man.
I’d really like to see fandom writing trans* characters as TRANS* instead of writing that important part of the character out. I mean I know Grell is a homicidal shinigami, but that’s no excuse to write her as a guy.
Calling the crows.

That’s not a tiny cup I’m just really fat.
